A dear friend of mine has convinced me that this is the easiest way on the planet to keep a journal. We shall see. I do need to do this though, for no other reason but that I may be moving out of state. Ugh!
Life does not seem fair at times.
By the end of this week I will be:
living alone with 4 children
trying to sell our home, which means keeping it clean all of the time
helping to put together a community function for Easter
organizing a first aid clinic for at least 50 peoplestarting a job
have a husband living in another state, but he will visit once a month :)
and having a nervous breakdown
Aren't you glad to be reading my post?
Yesterday was 2T's 15th birthday. I can't believe he is getting that old. He is really into music, and plays the oboe in the high school band. Recently, he went to a district competition and placed first, which allows him to go to state as a freshman. His band instructor was very excited because freshmen don't usually go to state. For his birthday I had this shirt made for him. He loved it.
Yay! How exciting you have a blog. You and I are more alike than I thought. Lol! So sad to hear about Joe having to leave. I'll help you out in any way I can (especially with camp). :) Hang in there. Sometimes that's all we can do.
ReplyDeleteWhat shirt? I don't see a shirt. I think you need to add another task to your list. Find a nursing job for your sister in Wyoming. Wouldn't it be fun to live by each other?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the new blog. Mine's therapeutic most of the time, a source of guilt at others. I hope yours brings you much joy as you share your life with those around you that love you, and you enjoy reading theirs as well. So sad you're leaving, but so glad there's a job. Financial security can't be replaced by any amount of friends in the comfort zone. Good luck with your month. Please let me help where I can. Love you!
ReplyDeleteI love your profile comment about your ambition being larger than your energy level! Whose isn't, but I love the way you stated it! That list you're starting this week does sound sort of intimidating, though, so if you need help cleaning or if you are in desperate need of chocolate just give me a call!
ReplyDeleteCute shirt! I couldn't see the picture, though, until after I posted the first time. You must have your security set pretty high. I bet Trent loved the fun and unique shirt!
ReplyDeleteAwsome Michelle, good to hear you are keeping a journal. Didn't know about the job though. What are you doing, managing Joe's business? Love you, Mom
